I'm 26, I live In Frederick Md. I love photography. Everything from the orignal pinhole cameras with the'r horrific exposure times to the most advance DSLR ( That's Digital Single Lens Reflex) Cameras. Its a fascinating and widely used medium from instagram and facebook. to photo albums and Christmas cards. Photography is every where. I owe my most passionate past time to one wily ass frenchman Nicéphore Niépce quite possibly the man who shaped how we intereact with each other in this digital and tech savy age. Without the photograph how the hell would everyone be able to share all these embarrassing or heart warming moments. I mean I don't mean to sound like a sap...fuck it yes I do. Photography is the apex of human expression, information, and interaction. (this is all horribly biased opinion of course ^_^) but when you get right down to it here's an experiment. imagin a world with the camera was NEVER invented.. I mean NEVER EVER. as in the word camera or photograph was never realized......Sorry was that too depressing for you because it was horrible for me. I mean absolutely drab. Who wants to paint shit all day when you can pick up a 35 mm and work some dark room magic and create something the minute you see something happening? I hope one day to become a world renown photographer. Maybe even the Chief Photographer For National Geographic. That would be balls....!!!!
